About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a RN Homecare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior RN experience preferred
