MMI Dining Systems is seeking a seasoned Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team at Desoto Healthcare in Southaven, MS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating food service activities to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu planning and procurement strategies to meet the needs of our guests
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Manager to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a long-term care setting
  • Proven track record of selecting, training, and motivating team members
