Infrastructure Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Inspector to join our team at Henry County, GA. As an Infrastructure Inspector, you will be responsible for performing infrastructure inspections to ensure compliance with permit requirements, ordinances, and federal and state regulations regarding construction of transportation projects.

• Conduct thorough inspections of infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Review and interpret plans, blueprints, and diagrams to identify potential issues and ensure compliance
• Prepare clear and concise reports and documentation to support inspection findings
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project completion
• Assist with the implementation and enforcement of federal and state regulations and County Codes

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of roadway, storm drainage, land and construction surveying and erosion control construction experience required
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and principles
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering as applied to construction of site improvement projects
