We are seeking a skilled PRN Hospice Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care to homebound patients in the Marrietta/Gwinnett, GA region. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in geriatric care and a strong passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be a board-certified nurse practitioner with valid NP certification in the state of Georgia. Strong clinical skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role. Experience in hospice care, particularly with geriatric patients, is highly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in the Marrietta/Gwinnett, GA region.
- Assess patient's health through physical examinations, medical histories, and creating personalized care plans.
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms.
- Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and other incentives. Full-time employees qualify for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and supplementary insurance options. All employees also receive paid time off, paid office holidays, paid sick time, and a 401(k) plan with up to 3% company match.
