The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building trades, with experience working in a hospital maintenance environment.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all documentation in regard to Life Safety Inspections and Preventative Maintenance program for Joint Commission and DOH review. You will also assist the Director of Engineering in managing department budgets, preparing and coordinating all capital equipment/projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Engineering in managing department budgets.
  • Prepare and coordinate all capital equipment/projects.
  • Maintain and update all documentation in regard to Life Safety Inspections and Preventative Maintenance program.

Requirements:

  • 4 Years experience in building trades working in a hospital maintenance environment.
  • General Experience with and ability to operate a variety of power equipment and hand tools.
  • 2 Year experience overseeing maintenance staff in management role (Preferred).
