Job Title: Class B Route Driver

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class B Route Driver to join our team. As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and exchanging water treatment systems, equipment, and supplies to our customers in the Fairborn, OH area.

Responsibilities:
  • Directly interface with customers to provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for additional company products and services.
  • Maintain routes and accounts for proper routing sequence, and assist with collections and minimum delivery requirements set by the store.
  • Responsible for vehicle inspections, including DVIR and monthly commercial vehicle inspections.
  • Deliver and exchange all types of P/E tanks, bottle water, salt, chemicals, and filters as required on routes.
  • Collect and document receipt of money from customers and complete all paperwork in a legible manner, including delivery tickets and route books.
  • Ability to operate carts, dollies, fork lifts, lift gates, hand trucks, and hand tools.
  • Must be able to work overtime if required to finish the route.
  • Must abide by all company policies as contained in the company employee handbook.
  • Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards and wear all safety equipment as required by the position.
Requirements:
  • Class B License or greater.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the city area you would be working in.
  • Maintain a good driving record, valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
  • Job requires lifting and carrying, or otherwise transporting objects weighing over 100 pounds repeatedly.
  • A significant amount of time is spent walking, standing, sitting, and climbing in and out of the vehicle.
