Sunglass Hut, a global leader in premium sunglasses, is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized service.
• Provide expert knowledge of premium eyewear, including features, benefits, and styling options, to help customers find the perfect pair.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support a positive store culture.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
