The Lube Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing preventative maintenance services and inspections on Cisco equipment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a professional presence.

• Deliver high-quality preventative maintenance services and inspections on Cisco equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and contribute to the achievement of our safety goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and professional service to meet their needs.
• Manage time effectively to minimize machine downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or supervisor, contributing to the growth and development of the team.

• Valid Class A/B CDL and an insurable driving record.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work overtime with minimal notice, as required by the business.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in utilizing vehicle facilities to perform service work.
• Hydraulic, engine, electrical troubleshooting and repair experience, with a focus on Cisco equipment.
• Prior dealership experience is beneficial, with experience working with Komatsu equipment preferred.
