Job Title: RBT Registered Behavior Technician

About Us:
The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified is seeking a qualified RBT to work in multiple school sites. Our team provides specialized support to students with unique needs, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.

Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support to students in a school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of RBT training program
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $22.13 - $27.43 per hour (based on experience)
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
