Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze sales performance documents to aid management in decision-making.
  • Support sales managers in reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Present and interpret sales data to facilitate decision-making by sales leaders.
  • Research and analyze fluctuations in sales segments and product mixes.
  • Participate in company planning and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.
  • Perform ad-hoc report analysis and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including macros, queries, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI report development, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficient skills with database query management and ELT tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Eclipse ERP a plus.
  • Energetic, curious, and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Highly detail-oriented and independent critical thinker.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data/Analytics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst.
Work Environment

This is a full-time job in a standard office environment with occasional work in a warehouse environment. Long and varied hours may be required occasionally.
