As a Renal Care Specialist at TalentBurst, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with patients requiring chronic dialysis care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job Description:

The Renal Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • 1 year of nephrology nursing experience within the last two years
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience required
  • Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensure appropriate to the state and certifications relevant to the position
  • Minimum 1 year previous job experience
  • Proficient oral and written skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Annual Physical
  • Two professional references from current/former supervisors
