Randstad - Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker

**Job Summary**

As a Winder at Randstad, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to meet production demands. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Performing welding and/or brazing to join bus bars to foil
* Utilizing hook-up/hot work assembly tools to meet production requirements
* Inspecting product quality and installation to ensure conformance to production quality standards related to coil dimension, bus bar location, etc.
* Interpreting engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable work environment
