Salary Range
Our competitive salary range is $65,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team, providing top-notch care to patients in our 5th-floor inpatient unit. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, addressing complex medical and surgical needs
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices development
  • Engage in professional growth and education, enhancing skills and expertise


Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing direct patient care, using evidence-based practice guidelines
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams


Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A current RN license in the State of WI or compact licensure
  • A minimum of six months' nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
