Our Mission

At Gentiva, we strive to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families. Our Home Therapy Program is designed to support individuals with speech and language problems, and we are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing service to patients who have speech and language problems. You will work under the direction of the attending physician and participate with the family, nurse, or other responsible person as necessary. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining rapport with patients and their families, and in providing effective communication and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution, be licensed and in good standing in the state where you will practice, and have current CPR Certification. A minimum of two years of experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting is also required. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to travel 100% daily.
