Southland Lawn & Landscaping LLC is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeping Specialist to maintain our properties. This role involves operating various pieces of equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains lawns and grounds by performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensures that all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient job completion.
  • Assists in troubleshooting and repairing equipment when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Operating equipment, basic repair and maintenance, and teamwork.
