  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product information.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions. Stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move throughout the store as needed. Use standard commercial cleaners and chemicals from cleaning supplies.
