About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Support Specialist to join our team at Applied Materials. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with global customers to deliver world-class support for multimillion-dollar production systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on technical support for complex equipment issues, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • An associate degree or completion of military technical training and field experience or technical certification equivalent to an associate's degree.
  • 6–10 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or another equipment support industry.
  • Expert-level knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including top-tier medical, dental, and vision plans; disability insurance; retirement; and more.
