Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Interventional Radiology as a Full Time Day position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree with 2 years of critical care experience.
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
