In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our Outside Sales & Design Consultant positions across multiple markets.

Contract Details:

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with a hybrid schedule in Coppell, working 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates using various tools and channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networking platforms. Utilize Boolean searches to refine your search queries and identify highly relevant candidates.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for Outside Sales & Design Consultant roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent for hiring managers.
  • Advanced Candidate Tracking: Utilize Excel for advanced candidate tracking and reporting, including creating and managing spreadsheets, building formulas, and generating data-driven insights.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their specific needs and provide tailored sourcing solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, answering questions, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Active Sourcing: Proactively seek out passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging industry-specific platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and delivering top talent.
  • Proficiency in Excel: Demonstrated ability to use Excel for advanced candidate tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong sourcing skills: Experience utilizing various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  • Proficiency with Boolean searches: Ability to construct effective Boolean search strings to identify relevant candidates.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter: Familiarity with using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and build pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Data-driven mindset: Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Passion for the home organization industry: A strong interest in The Container Store's mission and products is preferred.
