Position Overview

The Detroit Medical Center is currently looking for a Pediatric Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to children.

Role Responsibilities
  • Specialty: Pediatric Radiology Technologist

As a key member of our pediatric imaging team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the workflow of Radiologic Procedures. Your duties will include:

  • Functioning as a lead resource for Radiologic Technologists.
  • Coordinating daily operations and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Monitoring the quality and efficiency of imaging services.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of staff performance and contributing to personnel decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).
  2. Completion of American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS) training.
  3. A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in Radiologic technology.
