Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Performance Hospitality. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and stock guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
