Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team at SysMind Tech. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, multi-tenant SOA applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop horizontally scalable, multi-tenant SOA applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
  • Implement design patterns and have a strong understanding of Java, J2EE, RDBMS, MS SQL, NoSQLDB, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Develop and deploy components as Docker containers.
  • Experience with JavaScript and front-end technologies/frameworks like jQuery, ReactJS, and Angular.
  • Divide time between active coding, design, coordination, mentoring, project management, and leading teams.
  • Experience with deployment and distribution lifecycle with automated and scalable CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, and Stash.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of experience with a Master's Degree in Computer Sciences or a closely related major.
  • Hands-on experience and deep knowledge in software product development.
  • Experience in designing and architecting horizontally scalable, multi-tenant SOA applications.
  • Proficient in implementing design patterns and have a strong understanding of Java, J2EE, RDBMS, MS SQL, NoSQLDB, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Experience in developing and deploying components as Docker containers.
