Tree Climber

As a member of our General Tree Care Team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality tree care services to our clients. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and 401(K) savings plan.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a General Tree Care Team Member. In this role, you will work outdoors, visiting beautiful properties in your community, and applying your expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and well-being of each client's landscape.

• Work collaboratively with the General Tree Care crew to provide high-quality tree care services to clients.
• Apply expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and well-being of each client's landscape.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including chainsaws and aerial lifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

• Experience with proper pruning practices, including large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species and have a working knowledge of each species' characteristics.
• Ability to climb without spurs.
• Experience with tree care safety standards.
• Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck).
