Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to assist in project implementations and contribute significantly to a product team. This role requires engagement with various technologies, particularly with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CE in the future. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, innovative individual with outstanding communication, organizational, and technical skills to facilitate implementation efforts and improve processes that support our Dealer and Sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, comprehending user stories, business workflows, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design, and system implementations.
  • Lead requirements gathering and clarification sessions with the technical team, applying agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to guarantee successful project/product team launches.
  • Work closely with internal personnel to deploy functions and features for SET, including workflows, data management, automation, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs and priorities by fostering strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Coordinate activities between the technical team and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all IT standards, processes, and methodologies, including Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Act as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
  • Serve as Scrum Master when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams, with a primary focus on agile methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in supply chain and/or logistics.
  • Experience with comprehensive implementation projects, encompassing design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Scrum Master Certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a rapid understanding of systems and solutions.
  • Proven ability to deliver business analysis and/or system development/configuration related to process enhancement.
  • Familiarity with software and systems development life cycles.
  • Capability to perform both Business Analysis and Data Analysis as required on projects and product teams.
  • Strong research skills on platforms, including navigating systems/solutions and querying data from both relational and no-SQL databases.
  • Advanced Citizen IT skills with the use of Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with Azure Data Lake is preferred.
  • Experience with D365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
