Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
  • Education: A graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
  • Certifications: Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical Abilities: You must be able to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide patient care.
  • Patient Care: You will provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Medication Administration: You will administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: You will monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on the unit.
  • On-Call Responsibilities: You may be required to share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
  • Cleanliness and Supply Management: You will maintain the cleanliness of rooms and ensure adequate stock of supplies.
  • Patient Transportation: You will transport patients as needed.
  • Additional Duties: You will perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

  • Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to work with diverse personnel (professional and support staff) while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Technical Skills: You must be able to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
  • Cognitive Demands: You must be able to manage frequent interactions with the public and customers and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Sensory Skills: You must have keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
