Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Benicia, CA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our exceptional school district to provide behavioral support and interventions to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support and interventions to students with special needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform instruction
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors

Requirements:

  • 1 year of verifiable experience as a Registered Behavior Technician within the last 3 years
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
