Job Description

The Advanced Cardiac and Vascular Procedures Technician performs duties necessary for complex cardiac, neuro, and vascular procedures at a technical and professional level requiring little or no supervision. This individual assumes responsibility and initiative for designated areas and procedures as required.

Responsibilities
  • Provides technical support during invasive cardiovascular and neuro-interventional procedures.
  • Assists physicians in radiological imaging of cardiac, vascular, and neuro procedures.
  • Maintains sterile conditions during clinical procedures.
  • Operates imaging equipment and works in the control room monitoring and documenting procedure images and events.
Qualifications
  • Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
  • Current ARRT (with Montana State Radiologic Technologist license) or RCIS is required.
