We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients referred for physical therapy services.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing follow-up and discharge planning. Additionally, you will assist with clinical aspects of the department, including program development, department operations, and performance improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans through various modalities, including assessment, intervention, and education
- Provide ongoing follow-up and discharge planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to clinical aspects of the department, including program development and performance improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or entry-level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Texas Executive Council of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners
- BLS certification is required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
