Job Overview

Quality Machine & Fab is seeking an Industrial Insulation Craftsman to join our team. As a craftsman, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining industrial insulation systems in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insulation Installation: Install insulation materials, such as ceramic fiber blankets and boards, to enhance thermal efficiency.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary documentation, including work orders, time sheets, and inspection reports, accurately and promptly.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of industrial insulation materials and installation techniques
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required. You will be working in various industrial settings, including furnaces, kilns, boilers, and other high-temperature vessels.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
