We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at West Advanced Technologies, Inc. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our project management teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and capacity for the project manager, adding capacity to the project team and facilitating communication between project management teams and vendors.
- Assist in escalating issues for resolution as appropriate.
- Provide general support to the management team, leadership team, and vendors to help provide capacity and facilitate quick turnarounds for key deliverables and deadlines.
- A minimum of three (3) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying business analysis principles, methods, techniques, and tools to IT projects.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in determining and documenting user requirements.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience and proficiency with MS Office software.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience providing schedule management assistance in support of schedule development, planning, and management.
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing information, reports, systems, processes (business and data), and operation procedures.
- Experience providing support and assistance in the tracking of project issues and risks.
- Experience providing support and assistance in the tracking of project meeting notes, decisions, and related documentation.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of one (1) year agile project experience in supporting the creation and maintenance of the following:
- Project schedule
- User Stories
- Conducting scrum ceremonies
