Haven Behavioral Healthcare offers a unique opportunity for licensed therapists to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health and substance use issues. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides comprehensive treatment services, including group therapy, nutrition education, medication management, and more.
Salary$75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Therapist Leader to run our PHP program group, complete treatment plans and safety plans as needed. This dynamic role will involve delivering approximately 11-15 hours of individualized therapy per week, while collaborating with specialists and other therapists to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of PHP principles and practices is essential, as well as experience working with diverse populations and complex mental health issues.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid New Mexico license (LMSW, LMHC, LPCC, or LCSW)
- At least one year of experience working in an IOP or PHP setting
- Strong knowledge of PHP principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Haven Behavioral Healthcare offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- $75,000 - $85,000 per year salary
