Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Lead a team of architects, designers, and planners to design and develop project solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure project success.
- Ensure project feasibility, constructability, and compliance with life safety and code requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Prepare and present design development and construction documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Office 365.
- Experience with Navisworks and AutoDesk FormIt is preferred.
- Licensed architect with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
Compensation:
- $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
