**Leadership Opportunity**
We're seeking an experienced sales and service manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and asset protection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and adapt to changing priorities.
