Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and upgrades of the workforce management system, UKG Pro Workforce Management, including by but not limited to new store setup, reorganizations, integration maintenance, etc.
  • Manage the optimization of efficient business process strategies for end-to-end processes to achieve efficiency, productivity, improved controls and/or to align with department/business goals.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors (UKG and AXSIUM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience- to include a combination of data processing, HRIS system analysis, knowledge of integration design and management, report/query design and development, and execution of system test scripts.
  • Strong technical aptitude; analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills.

Benefits

  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year estimated salary based on location.
