Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. This will involve assessing patients' physical abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • Current professional license as a Physical Therapist
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Specialty-related certifications are preferred
