• Accept, load, unload, sort, and price donations in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience and promoting a culture of gratitude and appreciation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donations, including inventory management and tracking
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to Goodwill's safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal relationships
