  • Facility Operations: Assist in the oversight of facility operations, including monitoring and maintenance of automatic retrieval systems, dock equipment, and other critical systems.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including OSHA and NFPA standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on facility maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience: Four years of industrial facility maintenance experience, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license, Powered Industrial Equipment Certification, and Electrical Arc Flash training (preferred).
