About the Role

North Wind Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Management Specialist to join their supplemental labor team. As part of this team, you will contribute to national security in science, technology, and engineering fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical and administrative oversight in support of NIF&PS construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
  • Assist in the development of resolutions to meet project requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in areas designated within the subcontract.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance.
  • Experience and knowledge of nuclear operations, engineering design, and nuclear safety and security requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $125,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance benefits, 401(k) with company match, generous paid leave, and tuition reimbursement for eligible employees.
