Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments regarding resort services and local attractions.
  • Ensuring all items delivered to guest rooms are clean and in proper working order.
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
  • Replacing used linens, towels, and necessary supplies efficiently.
  • Transporting clean and dirty linen to and from operations.
  • Maintaining work carts and stations for optimal appearance and efficiency.
  • Adhering to all federal, state, and local laws, including safety regulations.
  • Performing thorough cleaning of assigned units, offices, and public areas in accordance with quality standards.
  • Reporting any suspicious activity to the Security Department.
  • Ensuring all department assets and supplies are securely stored.
  • Assisting management in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Turning in lost and found items after proper tagging and identification.
  • Following the key management policies.
  • Completing additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to respond to spontaneous demands from guests.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
