Job Summary:

Kaycan, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior building products, is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all activities and transactions emanating from our supply center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing logistics, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team Lead to discuss and plan daily activities
  • Manage the logistics of timely deliveries, route schedules, and schedule LTL deliveries with the driver
  • Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to meet customer needs
  • Verify pick slips and ensure accurate completion before shipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Inventory Department
  • Lead the team with annual inventory counts and ensure trailers are scheduled regularly from the plants
  • Execute other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience
  • DOT Medical Card Required
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission
  • Forklift experience required
  • Computer proficient - Microsoft Office a plus
  • Team-oriented and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift/push/pull materials (up to 100 Lbs.)
