Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Division of Hospital Medicine at Phoenix Children's.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans for pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care strategies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in pediatrics
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Arizona
  • Master's degree from a nationally accredited program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
