About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special needs, promoting their behavioral and developmental growth. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for both our employees and students.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement tailored treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Accurately collect, observe, and record data on client progress while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Manage client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards and proper use of medical terminology.
  • Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise in behavior management and therapeutic techniques.
