Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of machines for metal finishing, including chamfer barrels, polishing machines, spin dryers, and shot peen machines, to ensure high-quality production.
  • Follow work instructions to maintain workflow and produce good parts for the line, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Accurately complete paperwork to track traceability on all parts, maintaining precise records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English
  • 2-5 years of experience operating multiple machines, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance
  • Moderate physical effort, including occasional heavy lifting
