About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PACU/Pre-Post Op RN to join our team at a top-rated facility in Washington, DC. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and support to patients recovering from anesthesia after surgery.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor post-operation vital signs and assess levels of consciousness
  • Carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia
  • Provide individualized patient care and support to ensure optimal recovery
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the PACU/Pre-Post Op RN role
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the facility/unit
