Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of theatre staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve theatre operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage theatre maintenance, including minor repairs and maintenance schedules
  • Monitor and control costs, including direct operating expenses and inventory management
  • Supervise and train staff on sales, customer service, and theatre operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of post-secondary education in business or related field preferred
  • Two years of management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of theatre operations, including concession management and inventory control
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time
