About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Roving Personal Banker to join our team in the North Central region. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support across various branch locations, ensuring seamless banking experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to customers across multiple branch locations, ensuring timely resolution of their banking needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging technology and digital solutions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with bank products and services, ensuring accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling customer inquiries and resolving complex issues.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance customer engagement and support.
