Production Manager

Air Liquide Large Industries is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our industrial gas production facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our plants, while also driving process improvements and cost reductions.

• Provide visible leadership to site technicians and champion a culture of safety and excellence.
• Meet or exceed company safety standards and support regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage operating budgets and control overtime within established limits.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of process industry experience, with a strong background in operations management.
• Valid employment authorization in the U.S. and ability to work extended hours and shift work as needed.
