Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologists, under general supervision, operate radiological equipment to obtain routine radiographics of designated body portions. They assess and care for patients according to physician specifications, position patients, adjust x-ray equipment, and assist physicians in sterile procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, or portable radiology equipment to obtain high-quality images
  • Position patients to ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort
  • Assist physicians in carrying out examinations, including mixing contrast media and preparing sterile procedures
  • Provide exceptional patient care and assessment skills

Requirements:
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • California Radiologic Technologist license within 90 days of hire
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
