  • Work in a dynamic kitchen setting with varying noise levels and temperatures.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving items, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods while navigating through the kitchen and dining areas.

Essential Functions

  • Adhere to portion control guidelines and maintain food quality standards.
  • Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Accurately read and interpret temperature readings for food safety.
  • Report any food delays or issues to the kitchen coordinator promptly.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low.
  • Maintain accurate records of all items produced from the kitchen station.
  • Understand and follow procedures for food allergies and special dietary requests.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working well with team members.
