Objective:

The primary responsibility of the Floor Scrubber is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of floor surfaces within commercial environments.

  • Effectively eliminate dirt and debris from various floor surfaces.
  • Utilize ride-on floor scrubbers with proficiency.
  • Manually clean edges and corners of floors as required.

  • Prepare and organize necessary equipment and supplies for tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate any challenges faced during work tasks to the manager immediately.
  • Physical lifting may be necessary, with items weighing over 20 pounds.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience with floor scrubbers is advantageous.
  • Availability to perform duties during specified hours.
  • Capability to follow directions from supervisors effectively.

This position is part of a franchise that operates independently under ServiceMaster Clean. All hiring decisions are made by the franchise management.
